Definition:
Infertility is the inability to conceive after one year (or more) of regular, unprotected sexual intercourse. It may result from issues in either the male, the female, or both partners.

- Irregular or missed periods
- Painful periods or pelvic pain
- Abnormal vaginal discharge
- Difficulty tracking ovulation
- History of miscarriage
- Hormonal issues (e.g., acne, facial hair in PCOS)
Causes :
- Vata Imbalance: Disrupts movement of egg and implantation.
- Artavakshaya: Decreased menstrual flow or poor quality ovum.
- Beeja Dushti: Defect in female reproductive seed (ovum).

- Hormonal Imbalance: Low testosterone, pituitary disorders.
- Ejaculation Issues: Premature, retrograde, or obstructed ejaculation.
- Heat Exposure: Frequent hot tubs, tight underwear.
- Lifestyle: Smoking, alcohol, stress, obesity, poor diet.
